Mid-October, 2024: Fall Flying On Camano Island:

The flying season is upon us (for some) or just about here.  Don Wolven in California has been burning up all the good air for awhile now and has been producing some fun-to-watch videos.  Here’s a link to just one of the great videos he’s put together:  https://youtu.be/qu6JCNqysJU?feature=shared    From the sounds of it, he has some exciting flights coming up if the weather cooperates.  We’ve also gotten in a few flights up here in the Northwest with some early, unexpected warm weather and light wind days.

The flying season is upon us!  Don Wolven in Oroville, California has been burning up all the good air this spring and continues to produce fun-to-watch videos of his adventures, two of which are presented below.  Don’t miss out on more of Don’s videos at:  https://www.youtube.com/@duckman268/videos

Skunkwerks recently opened the hangar doors on Camano Island, Washington, with Scott Price stretching his wings in May when we actually had a few days of flyable weather.   The action was captured by John Storbeck who filmed, edited and produced Kasperwing Flyby.   John is a well-known photographer and videographer, located on Camano Island, WA.  You can check out some of his other fine work at  https://www.facebook.com/storbeck.
