The ‘Red Baron’ was in showroom condition when Jack and Chelan purchased it from ‘Black Ops’ Bill over in Yakima, WA.  Bill was the second owner and neither one had much of a chance to ever fly this Kasperwing.   Starting with an original A Model configuration and the original Zenoah engine, it was upgraded over the years to B+ Model specs, with new MZ 201 engine, modified rudders, rear landing gear with shocks, Olson Fat Foot system, strobe light on kingpost, updated wheels and tires, along with an instrument pod.  After 30 some years, the sail is still in good shape.
